Refund Policy

Trials & free plan

The free plan is genuinely free and never charged. Paid plans include a 7-day trial — cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be billed.

Monthly subscriptions

Cancel any time from Account → Billing & invoices. Your plan continues through the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate refunds for partial months.

Annual subscriptions

If you cancel an annual plan within 30 days of the initial purchase, email contact@noteplus.io and we'll refund the unused portion, minus any month already used.

AI credit packs

Credits are non-refundable once redeemed against AI generations. Unused unredeemed packs purchased in the last 14 days can be refunded on request.

Mistaken or duplicate charges

If you spot a duplicate charge or a charge after cancelling, email contact@noteplus.io within 60 days and we'll reverse it.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If the Service fails to meet a consumer guarantee that can't be excluded, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy in addition to what's described above.

How to request a refund

Email contact@noteplus.io from the address on your account, mentioning the invoice number (visible in Billing & invoices) and the reason. We typically respond within 2 business days; approved refunds reach your card in 5–10 business days via Stripe.
